We currently offer shipping services across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed manually after confirmation via WhatsApp or email.

  • Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation.

  • Customers will be notified once the order is ready for dispatch.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days, depending on your location within the UAE.

  • Deliveries are completed via trusted local courier services or hand delivery based on availability and area.

While we make every effort to meet delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, weather disruptions, or courier issues.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available for select products or during promotional campaigns.

  • In all other cases, shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated during the order confirmation process.

All charges will be confirmed before the order is processed.

Order Tracking

As of now, real-time tracking is not available. However, we provide updates about your order status manually through WhatsApp or email until delivery is complete.

Missed Deliveries

If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

  • Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a redelivery.

  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to our facility. You will be required to coordinate reshipment, which may include additional shipping charges.

Returns Due to Delivery Issues

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, or refusal to accept the delivery, we will reach out to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply in such cases.
