Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and refund requests only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email) is required.

Note: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or minor color differences due to lighting/screen settings.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, worn, or washed products

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery


3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Email us at support@elitechoiceshop.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos (if damaged/defective).

  3. Our support team will verify your request and guide you through the return process.

Important: Do not return any product without our confirmation and return address details.


4. Shipping Costs

  • If your item is approved for return due to damage or defect, we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for any other valid reason, you are responsible for return shipping charges.


5. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank or credit card company (it may take some time before a refund is officially posted)
